Happy Independence Day!
Seth and I have been traveling a lot lately, so to celebrate the 4th, we decided to stay away from the crowds and party at home.
Inspired by Pinterest, I decided to make a patriotic cake. I'm not the greatest food-ographer, but what do you think?

That looks pretty! Nice job! Did the recipe use food coloring?
Did it ever! I used an entire tube of red and blue food coloring gel, respectively. And the blue was still too light.
