Last night we went for a walk, like we normally do.
Before we left, I checked the weather to see how cold it was. I figured that 9 degrees, although shiver-inducing, was endurable for 5,000 steps.
After an hour of brisk walking, we were so cold that Seth felt the cold starting to seep into his chest. That's bad news. And the wind was so cold on my face that it literally gave me a "brain freeze" headache.
I thought to myself, "9 degrees can't be that bad, can it?" So I checked the weather again:
Yeah. The wind chill made it -6 degrees. Negative 6. Now I know to look for that when assessing whether or not to risk my life to Utah's freezing temperatures.
P.S. Happy Groundhog Day!!

I can't believe you braved it at nine degrees. And I cannot imagine getting a brain freeze headache just from being outside. That sounds like hell. Hahaha. You two are troopers, I tell ya.
